    Grilled Chicken With Nectarine Salsa

    1/2 cup olive oil
    2 tbsp fresh lime juice
    3 tbsp orange juice
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
    1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
    6 boneless chicken breast halves
    1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

    Nectarine Salsa:
    3 ripe nectarines, peeled, pitted, and chopped
    4 tbsp finely chopped green onion
    1 jalapeno, finely chopped, including some seeds for heat
    1/4 cup finely chopped red pepper
    2 tbsp finely chopped basil
    2 tbsp fresh lime juice
    1/4 tsp chile powder
    salt and pepper to taste

    Make the marinade by mixing the first 6 ingredients
    Marinate it in a zip lock bag, refrigerated for 6 hours or overnight
    Just before grilling sprinkle with the black pepper
    Grill the chicken turning once for about 12 minutes. Grilled chicken before. Serve with the salsa
    With a fork, mash about 2 tbsp of the nectarine
    Stir in the rest of the nectarine and the rest of the ingredients
    Let sit for 15 minutes and adjust the seasoning.
