    Korbel Champagne, chilled
    1 oz. Korbel Brandy
    1 oz. applejack
    1 dash triple sec
    splash of lemon juice

    Except for the champagne, shake all other ingredients
    with cracked ice. Pour into a highball glass and fill
    with Korbel Champagne. Gently stir.
