    3/4 pound dried apricots
    4 cups dry white wine
    1 cup brandy
    2 cups sugar

    Recipe



    In a glass or ceramic container, stir together all ingredients. Cover tightly; let stand at room temperature 1-4 weeks. Stir during the first few days to dissolve the sugar. Serve fruit and wine together or separately.

    Yield: "1 1/2 quarts"
