1-cup fresh grapefruit juice
1 cup milk 1/3 cup honey
1 small banana

Put ingredients into blender. Cover and process at high speed until smooth. Yield 3 cups Tropical Orange Freeze 11/2 cups fresh orange juice 1 pint orange sherbet 1 banana Whip in blender until thick and creamy. Serve in frosted glass, garnished with a slice of orange. Yield 3 cups.
