    1 oz Poteen (90% ABV)
    ¼ oz Grand Marnier
    ¼ oz Cointreau
    ½ oz fresh orange, ¼ tsp sugar and ½ egg white (or use sweet and sour mix)

    Directions:
    Serve in chilled cocktail glass, top up with champagne, sugar rim and orange twist
