    2 ounces fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
    1 scoop citrus sorbet or vanilla
    2 ounce sugar syrup as to taste
    1 teaspoon finely chopped lime zest
    1 cup ice
    garnish with lime

    Place all ingredients in a large blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 large, garnish with lime.
