    1 cup milk
    1 tsp finely ground espresso beans
    6 cups vanilla ice cream, divided
    1/2 cup hot fudge topping, divided
    1/2 cup chocolate-flavored instant malted milk, divided
    1/4 cup coffee liqueur or brewed coffee, cooled
    6 cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies,
    coarsley chopped and divided

    Recipe



    Combine milk and espresso, stirring until espresso
    dissolves. Pour half of milk mixture into a blender;
    add half each of ice cream, fudge topping, malted milk,
    and liqueur. Process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Stir in half of chopped cookies. Spoon malts into glasses. Place remaining half of milk mixture, ice cream, fudge topping, malted milk, and liqueur into blender; process until smooth. Stir in remaining chopped cookies. Spoon into glasses. Serve immediately. Yield: 6 cups
