For one batch (about 7 cups):
1 1/4 cups ice cream
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoon milk
5 teaspoons coconut milk
1/4 of pineapple
1 1/4 bananas
1/4 of papayas
8 strawberries
For three batches (about 20 cups):
5 cups chocolate or vanilla ice cream
2 1/2 cup milk
1 1/4 cup canned unsweetened coconut milk
1 large pineapple, peeled, cored, chopped
5 ripe bananas, peeled
3 med. papayas or mangoes peeled, seeded chopped
32 strawberries, hulled
Blend in blender until smooth. Pour into large pitcher.
