    24 oz. cottage cheese
    7 eggs, beaten
    3 tbsp. butter, melted
    3/4 cup flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 cup cheddar, shredded
    1 cup Monterey Jack, shredded
    1 cup smoked Gouda, shredded

    Blend cottage cheese, eggs and butter in large bowl. (Blend in blender until smooth if desired.) In separate bowl, combine flour, salt, and remaining cheeses. Combine cheese mixer with egg mixture. Pour batter onto hot griddle and cook until golden.
