Sausage Mushroom Breakfast Casserole

1 pound Bob Evans maple sausage
9 eggs
2 cups milk
6 slices muffin bread
1 - 10 3/4 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
2 1/2 of shreded blend of cheeses
Brown the sausage, drain. Lay bread slices in 9 x 13 glass dish. Mix well milk, 2 cups of cheese, soup, eggs, seasonings and 1/2 of the sausage. Pour over bread. Sprinkle with remaining sausage and cheese.
Refrigerate over night. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven. Allow to rest for 10-15 min.
Serve dish with fresh fruit and muffins.
