    Put the following in your blender:

    1/3 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

    1/3 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

    1/8 cantaloupe: peel, cut in pieces

    1 banana: peel, cut in pieces

    1/3 cup cranberry/raspberry juice

    Add two or three small ice cubes and blend till a smooth milkshake consistency. Recipe makes two servings of fiber-full and vitamin rich deliciousness. Have it with a bagel and fat-free cream cheese for a nutritious, easy to make morning start.
