    Pineapple-Apricot Cooler

    1 1/2 cups ice cubes
    1 cup apricot nectar, chilled
    1/3 cup plain yogurt
    1/4 cup frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1/4 teaspoon almond extract
    1 -- 8 ounce can unsweetened crushed pineapple, undrained and chilled

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients in container of electric blender. cover and process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Pour into 4 glasses. Serve immediately.

    Yield: 4 1-cup servings.
