    In a blender, combine:

    ¼ cup of fresh or canned Hawaiian pineapple
    1 teaspoon of brown sugar
    ¼ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
    3 ounces of coconut milk or regular milk

    Blend for 15 to 30 seconds and serve.
