1 lump sugar
Several dashes Angostura bitters
1 jigger tequila gold
Lemon twist
2 to 3 ounces water

Place sugar cube in Old Fashion glass and saturate with bitters. Muddle until sugar is dissolved. Add ice, tequila, and a jigger or two (2 to 3 ounces) of water. Stir well and garnish with lemon twist. An interesting variation is to add an ounce of lime or lemon juice and enough additional sugar to sweeten to your taste.
