4 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
3/4 cup shortening
1 3/4 cup milk


Recipe



Sift flour and dry ingredients in mixing bowl, add shortening and milk and work with hands on lightly floured board. Roll out and cut with biscuit cutter. Bake at 400° for 10-12 min. or until brown. Makes 20 large Biscuits.
