    1 1/2 cup of flour
    3/4 cup of quick cooking oats
    1/3 cup of sugar
    2 teaspoons of baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon of salt
    1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
    1/3 cup of butter
    1 egg
    1/2 cup of orange juice
    1/2 teaspoon of grated orange peel
    1/2 cup of frozen blueberries, unthawed

    TOPPING:
    1 tablespoon of melted butter
    2 tablespoons of sugar

    Heat oven 375ºF. Grease cookie sheet. Combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Mix well. Cut in butter until crumbly. In small bowl, beat egg slightly. Beat in orange juice and orange peel. Add egg mixture to flour mixture. Stir just until blended. Stir in blueberries. Knead into small ball. Place on cookie sheet, with floured hands, press into 8 inch circle. Cut into 10 wedges. Do not separate. Brush top of dough with melted butter. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake 375ºF.for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
