2 cups of flour
2 cups of sugar
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon of soda
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of salt
1 1/2 cup of oil
3 cups of grated carrots
4 eggs
1/2 cup of nuts
Vanilla

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan or 2 loaf pans at 325ºF. for 45 minutes or more; test for doneness.
