    1 c Sugar
    2 Eggs, beaten
    2/3 c Vegetable oil
    1 3/4 c Flour
    1 ts Baking powdered
    1 ts Baking soda
    1 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Cinnamon
    1 ts Vanilla
    1 c Grated carrots
    1 c Crushed pineapple


    Mix as given and bake in greased muffin tins at 350 degrees for 20 to 20 minutes.
