    3/4 cup of milk
    1/2 cup of water
    1 egg
    4 cups of bread flour
    1 2/3 cup of shredded cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack Cheese with jalapeno peppers
    3 tablespoons of sugar
    1 teaspoon of salt
    1 1/4 teaspoons of active dry yeast or bread machine yeast

    Add the ingredients to your machine according to the manufacturer's directions. Select the basic white bread cycle. If available, try the light crust color setting. Makes 12 pounds or 22 slices
