    2 c Graham flour
    1 1/2 c Bran
    2 tb Sugar
    1/4 ts Salt
    1 1/4 ts Soda
    2 c Sour milk or butter milk
    1 Egg, beaten
    1/2 c Molasses
    2 tb Melted butter/margarine


    swiftly mix and bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes batter may be stored in fridge for several weeks these muffins also freeze well.
