2 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup orange juice
1/3 cup milk
1/2 stick (1/2 cup) butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 Tablespoon orange peel


Recipe



Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix the dry ingredients together. Beat the eggs and add the orange juice, peel, milk, and butter. Beat and blend together. Combine with the dry ingredients, stirring just until combined. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
