    1/4 c Butter
    1/3 c Sugar
    1/2 c Milk
    1 1/2 c Flour
    1 Egg
    2 1/2 ts Baking powder
    pn Salt


    Cream butter and sugar, add beaten eggs. Sift baking powder with flour and salt, add to creamed sugar, alternating with the milk. Bake in butter gem pans 25 minutes.
