1 cup warm water (110 degrees F)
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 1/2 cups bread flour
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk
4 tablespoons white sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
1 cup "baking" raisins


(I have substituted the 4 tablespoons of honey with maple syrup and the 4 tablespoons of sugar with brown sugar....either way it works out great!)

1. Put ingredients into bread machine in the order suggested by manufacturer.

2. Process for 2-lb loaf, fruit and nut setting, light crust.

3. Add raisins to the pan when machine beeps or 5 minutes before kneading is complete.

4. Note that this dough has a sticky consistency, and may rise significantly during baking.
