    Chocolate Orange Muffins

    2 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar (we used fructose)
    3 1/2 t. baking powder
    1 t. salt
    1/2 c. chocolate chips

    Mix in a bowl.

    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. oil
    1 egg
    1 1/2 t. orange oil

    Mix in a bowl and add to above mixing quickly until just moistened. Do not beat.

    Put in muffin cups. Sprinkle tops with a little sugar. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
