    Grandma Smith's Zucchini Bread

    List of Ingredients




    Cream together:
    2 C. sugar
    1 C. oil
    3 eggs

    Add:
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 C. flour
    Mix until blended well.

    Add:
    Chopped maraschino cherries (1-10 oz. jar works well)
    Chopped nuts
    And 2 C. grated zucchini, well drained
    Stir in till blended well.

    Bake at 350*F, about 1 hour
    Makes 2 loaves
