2 pkgs. corn bread mix
1 (16-oz.) can creamed corn
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 1/2 cups grated sharp Cheddar
cheese
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
1/4 cup milk
3 eggs, beaten
1 med. onion, chopped


Recipe



Sauté meat and onions until meat is browned; drain fat. Blend corn bread mix, corn and eggs. Add milk. Pour half the mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread with meat, chilies and cheese. Pour remaining batter on top. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees until golden brown.
