    2 cups baking mix (Bisquick)
    2/3 cup white wine
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1 egg
    1 cup grated swiss cheese or gruyere cheese
    2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives

    Recipe



    1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
    2. In a medium bowl, combine baking mix, wine, oil and egg.
    3. Using a fork, beat the mixture for 30 strokes.
    4. Stir in the cheeses and chives.
    5. Divide the mixture between 12 (2 1/2 x 1 3/4 inch).
    6. muffin cups, greased or lined with paper cups.
    7. Bake 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
