    Pre-heat Waffle Iron - Makes 4 10" waffles

    In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well until blended. Bake 1 cup at a time. Serve with butter & syrup. Top with strawberries or canned peaches.

    1 3/4 cup flour
    3 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 large eggs
    1 1/2 cups milk
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1 14oz. can creamed corn
