    List of Ingredients




    Sprinkle in bottom of a greased 8 x 8 casserole:
    1 cup grated cheese
    1 tablespoon instant onion
    3 slices of crumbled bacon or ham pieces
    1/4 teaspoon pepper

    Beat together and pour over:
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 cup milk
    3/4 cup biscuit mix (Bisquick)
    1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
    1/4 cup melted margarine

    Bake at 400 for 25 to 30 minutes Great served with salsa!
