    Hazelnut Pecan Glazed Apples

    2 unpeeled apples, and sectioned
    1/3 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
    1/2 t. pumpkin pie spice
    2 T. butter
    2 T. brown sugar
    1-2 T. Frangelica (hazelnut flavored liqueur)
    1 t. maple buds (if available)

    Combine all in saute pan and cook until apples are soft and glazed. May be prepared in advance and reheated.
