    2 bagels
    1 tsp.butter or margarine
    4 oz.cream cheese
    1/2 c.strawberries,mashed
    1/2 tsp.vanilla
    2 Tbls.powdered sugar
    1/2 c.sliced strawberries for garnish

    Recipe



    Slice bagels in half horizontally.Lightly spread with 1 tsp. of butter or margarine,toast lightly.

    Mix together cream cheese,mashed strawberries,vanilla & powdered sugar.

    Spread mixture over bagels.Garnish top of each bagel with sliced strawberries.
