Crust:
Prepare single 9 inch pie crust for baking.

Filling:
Mix the following:
3/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp flour
1/8 tsp salt

Beat and combine the flour mixture:
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 Tbsp vanilla
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 egg

Stir in:
2 cups chopped tart apples

Pour in pastry shell. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
