    CRUST
    1 stick of butter, softened
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1 cup flour

    FILLING
    1 egg
    12oz cream cheese

    TOPPING
    2-3 apples, sliced thin
    1/3 cup sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon

    Recipe



    Mix crust ingredients & press into pie pan. Mix filling ingredients till creamy, spread over unbaked crust. Toss apples with the sugar & cinnamon till well coated. Lat apples over filling, pressing slightly into filling. Bake at 400F for 20-25 minutes, till done.
