List of Ingredients




1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 t. soda
1 cup sour milk-OR--( buttermilk, or sour cream )
1/2 cup shortening (half marg and half shortening)
1 egg, beaten
pinch salt
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cup rhubarb, cut fine
1 t. vanilla


Recipe



Mix together and pour in a greased and floured oblong pan. (9x13) will do.

Mix the following together and sprinkle on top, pressing the mixture in the batter a little:
1/3 cup sugar
3 t. cinnamon

Bake in oven at 350º for 30-40 minutes.
