    Crust:
    1 cup flour
    1 cup chopped nuts
    1 stick oleo
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Mix well and pat into 9xl3 pan
    Bake at 400* for 10 minutes; Cool

    2nd layer:

    Cream 8-oz. cream cheese and 1 cup confectioners sugar
    Add half of a large 9 oz. Cool Whip
    Spread over cooled crust

    3rd layer:

    Slice 3 or more bananas over second layer

    4th layer:

    Mix lg. (6-oz.) instant pudding with 1-1/2 cups milk, let stand
    Pour over bananas

    5th layer:

    Top with remaining Cool Whip
