Coconut Apple Cake

3 Cup Flour
1 tsp. Baking soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp.Cinnamon
3 Eggs
2 Cups Sugar
1 1/4 Cup Oil
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/4 Cup Orange juice
2 Cups Peeled chopped apples
1 Cup Chopped walnuts
1 Cup Flaked coconut


Recipe



Preheat oven to 325°. Grease a 13x9x2" baking dish.

Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside.

Beat eggs and sugar; stir in oil, vanilla and orange juice. Mix in flour mixture slowly. Fold in apples, nuts and coconut.

Transfer to baking dish; bake 1 hour, or until cake tests done.


Makes 12 to 15 servings
