    1 box butter cake mix
    1/2 cup oil
    4 eggs
    1 can mandarin oranges (undrained)

    Recipe



    Mix first 3 ingredients together well.
    Add oranges and mix.
    Bake in 3 (8-inch) cake pans at 350° for about 20-25 minutes.

    Icing:

    1 8-oz Cool Whip
    1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
    1 cup nuts
    1 large can crushed pineapple (undrained)

    Mix all together and ice cooled cake. Store in the refrigerator.
