    2 (3-oz package cream cheese (softened)
    2 Tablespoons confectioner's sugar
    2 Tablespoons lemon juice from concentrate
    2 cup all-purpose flour (unsifted)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 cup sweet butter, softened
    1 cup sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
    1 (8-oz) sour cream

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350º

    In small bowl, beat cheese, confectioner's sugar and lemon juice until smooth; set aside.

    Stir together, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.

    In large mixing bowl, beat sugar and butter until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mix well.

    Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream; mix well.

    Pour half of batter into greased and floured tube pan. Spoon cheese mixture on top of batter. Spoon remaining batter over filling. I use a cinnamon-nut topping

    Combine 1/4 cup finely chopped nuts, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon. Sprinkle on top of batter.

    Bake 45 minutes
