    2 Cups plus 2 Tbsp sifted flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1-1/2 Cups blueberries
    1/2 Cup butter
    1-1/4 Cups sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 Cup light cream
    1/4 tsp nutmeg

    Recipe



    Preheat oven and grease a 13 x 9 inch pan
    Sift 2 Cups flour with baking powder
    Toss blueberries with remaining flour
    Cream butter until light & fluffy
    Gradually add 1 Cup sugar, beating until fluffy
    Add eggs, beat until light & fluffy
    Blend in cream
    Add flour mixture & berries
    Pour in baking pan
    Dust top with remaining 1/4 Cup sugar & nutmeg
    Bake 350° 35 minutes
