    Easy Single Serving Cheese Cakes

    1 lb cream cheese, softened
    2/3 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    24 vanilla wafers
    cup cake papers
    1 can cherries, or favorite fruit

    Recipe



    Blend together cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla

    Put cupcake papers in muffin pan and add 1 wafer per paper. Add one tab of mixture on top of cookies

    Bake 15 minutes at 350°

    Cool and add fruit

    Refrigerate
