    Fudge Cake With White Choco Buttercream

    1 box Chocolate cake mix (Duncan Hines)
    5 oz instant Chocolate pudding
    1-3/4 cups milk
    2 eggs
    1 cup chocolate chips
    1/3 cup strong coffee

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together except chips. Stir those in last.

    Grease and pour into two 9 inch cake pans. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes

    Frosting

    2 Sticks sweet butter (at room temp)
    equal amount of crisco
    1 lb.confectioner's sugar
    Splash of pure van extract
    8 oz white chocolate

    Whip butter and crisco together. Add sugar and van extract.

    Melt white chocolate and stir into the butter mixture.
