    1 lb. and 14 oz. cream cheese
    7/8 c. sugar
    2 T. cornstarch
    1 extra large egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. heavy cream

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 450°. Blend cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually add the combined sugar and cornstarch. Beat in egg, then vanilla and heavy cream. Pour into a well greased 7-inch pan with graham cracker or zwreback crust on bottom of pan. Bake in oven for 40-45 minutes or until top is golden brown. Cool for about 3 hours. Refrigerate for 15 minutes before serving. Top with powdered sugar.
