    1 stick margarine, softened
    1 c flour
    1 c chopped walnuts
    1 {8 oz} pkg cream cheese
    1 {16 oz} dairy topping
    1 c powdered sugar
    1 Hershey bar
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 pkg instant pudding {my favorite is chocolate}
    2 ½ c milk

    Recipe



    Grease and flour an 8X12 inch glass pan. Mix the margarine, flour and chopped nuts together. Spread in bottom of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, until brown. Cool. Whip the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla together until creamy. Fold in ½ of the carton of dairy topping. Spread in the pan. Mix the milk in the pudding. Spread on top of the cream mixture. Spread remaining half of dairy topping over top. Chill the Hershey bar and grate over the top. Keep refrigerated
