    1¼ cups butter
    ½ cup cocoa
    1 cup water
    2 cups flour
    1½ cups firmly packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    ½ tsp. salt
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1 cup toasted pecans

    Preheat oven to 350°. Melt 1 cup butter. Stir in ¼ cup cocoa. Add water. Bring to boil. Remove from
    heat, Combine flour, brown sugar soda, cinnamon and salt. Add cocoa mixture. Beat well. Stir in 1/3 cup
    sweetened condensed milk, eggs and vanilla. Pour into greased 15x10" jelly roll pan. Bake for 15 minutes,
    till it springs back when touched. Melt remaining ¼ cup butter. Add remaining ¼ cup cocoa and
    remaining condensed milk. Stir in sugar and pecans. Spread on warm cake.
