    1 1/2 c biscuit mix
    1/2 c milk
    1 egg
    2 T sugar
    1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
    2 nectarines
    2 T butter
    1/3 c sugar
    2 T brown sugar
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    sour cream

    Recipe



    Stir together first 5 ingredients until just moistened. Spread in greased 8x8x2" baking pan

    Peel nectarines, cut into 1/4" slices and place on top of batter. Melt butter and drizzle over fruit. Mix 1/3 Cup sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over fruit.

    Bake 400° 18-20 minutes

    Serve warm with sour cream.
