    1 cup flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/3 cup butter
    3 tablespoons cold water

    Filling:
    8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
    2 eggs, at room temperature, beaten
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/4 cup orange juice, at room temperature
    1-1/2 teaspoons grated orange rind
    1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
    Whipped cream

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sift together flour and salt. Cut in butter with a pastry blender or fork until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Add water; mix to a firm dough.

    Roll out dough; line a 9-inch pie pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown. Remove crust from oven and cool. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees.

    Beat cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Add sugar, orange juice, and rinds. Mix well. Pour into baked pie shell; bake 20 minutes, or until firm. Cool before serving. Serves 8. Garnish with whipped cream.
