    1 Graham cracker shell
    2 Containers tofutti plain cream chesse
    2 Eggs
    1/2 c Sugar
    1 ts Lemon juice
    1 ts Vanilla

    Mix all ingredients with mixer and pour into shell. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. When cool, top with any flavor pie filling.
