    1 pie crust (9 inch)
    4 cups peach slices (peeled)
    1/2 cup powdered sugar
    1/3 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    3/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/3 cup butter - chilled

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine peaches, powdered sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Toss together gently until mixed. Spoon into pie crust.In a medium bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cut cold butter into flour mixture until it resembles crumbs (use a pastry blender, 2 knives, or your fingers). Sprinkle crumb topping over filling. Bake for 40 minutes or until peaches are tender and topping is golden brown.
