    Crust:
    1 1/2 cups crumbled graham crackers
    3/4 stick butter
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 cup finely chopped pecans

    Filling:
    1 1/2 pounds cream cheese
    1 cup sugar
    1/3 cup heavy cream
    4 eggs
    2 teaspoons vanilla

    Topping:
    2 tablespoons butter, melted
    3 tablespoons light brown sugar
    1/2 cup light corn syrup
    1/4 cup dark corn syrup
    1 tablespoon cornstarch
    1 teaspoon vanilla

    pecan halves for garnish

    Melt butter and mix with crackers and 1/2 cup sugar well. Press into bottom and sides of spring form pan. Sprinkle with pecans. For filling, beat cream cheese at room temperature. Add other ingredients. Mix. Pour into crust. Bake at 375F for 30 minutes. For topping, melt ingredients until heated through. Place pecan halves over baked cheesecake and pour warm topping over cake.
