    1 Box Pineapple Supreme Cake Mix
    3 Eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1-1/3 cups of pineapple juice and water combined
    1/3 cup of vegetable oil
    1 stick of butter
    1 cup of brown sugar
    1 Large can of pineapple slices (save the juice)
    10 to 15 cherries

    Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a 9 x 13 glass casserole dish, melt 1 stick of butter. In the meantime, in a large bowl, combine the cake mix, vanilla, eggs, oil and the pineapple juice from the can and add water to equal 1-1/3 cups. Mix well and set aside. When the butter has melted, sprinkle the brown sugar all over the casserole dish. Then place the pineapple slices on top of this. Now arrange the cherries over this in any way you prefer. Now you can pour the cake batter over all this. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown and the middle is firm. Cool for 5 minutes then place a platter on top of the casserole and flip over. Wait for 30 seconds then remove the casserole dish from the cake.
